He was born in Tenerife 40 years ago and has been in Barcelona for 16 years. She studied Pastry in Tenerife, her dream was to be a pastry chef, that's why she makes exquisite desserts.

He has worked in the best restaurants in Barcelona and has been in Quillo since they opened. He has made his passion his profession and he can not imagine working on something else.
